Information collected by Dream Tube is personal information, as defined by the Privacy Act 1998. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, telephone number and any medical conditions or special requirements.

How the information is used
Dream Tube uses your personal information so you can identify yourself when making an online booking or registration, to contact you about a specific booking or registration, and to keep you informed (if you request it) of events that may be of interest to you. Your personal information is not used for commercial purposes and is not distributed to any other organisation for any purpose.

Date Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect the personal information we hold from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Dream Tube Australia（以下当社）は、お客様からお預かりする個人情報については以下のようにお取扱し、保護に努めております。

●　お客様個人情報の利用目的について
サーフィンスクールやツアー・オンラインショップを実施するにあたり、申込みの際に提出された個人情報について、お客様との連絡のために利用させていただくなど、手続に必要な範囲内で利用させていただきます。
提供された個人情報は、本人の同意を得ずに目的外に利用されることのないようにいたします。

●　個人情報の管理について
当社は、提供していただく個人情報を適切かつ慎重に保管・管理を行い、不正なアクセス、紛失、破壊、改竄、および漏洩等の危険を防止するために、適切かつ合理的な安全対策の実施に努めます。
また、ご提供していただく個人情報を第三者へ開示することは、原則としていたしません。

■Cancel Policy

●　キャンセルについて
※ツアー催行日から７日以前の取り消しには、100％のキャンセル料がかかります。
※ツアー催行日から８日以前の取り消し、日程の変更には、ツアー代金の20%の手数料またはキャンセル料がかかります。
※キャンセルの場合はなるべく早めにメールにてお知らせください。
※弊社の都合にてツアーが催行されない場合にはご返金いたします。

●　内容のご変更について
※ツアー内容、料金は予告なく変更となる場合がございます。（毎年４月に内容、価格等変更になる場合がありますので、ご確認ください。）

●　その他注意事項
当社ドリームチューブではサーフィンツアーを催行するにあたり万全を期して安全に努めておりますが、海外旅行に関しての盗難や傷害保険などには日本ご出発前にご加入されることをおすすめ致します。
